Invoice trouble from germany
Hello everbody,
I'm a teacher at a institute of higher education and we want to build and use the 3D printers in our lessons in computer science and product design.
I already took my first steps in 3D printing with other DIY kits from china and I never had a problem.
For our school I ordered 3 Prusa i3 mk3 kits in february. After months I discovered that there is a difference between buying something via order invoice in germany and buying something like this in other countries.
But now I have another problem: our school authority needs an invoice without VAT (in german it's called Mwst) but with UstID for the taxes. I'm not really into this things, so I've wrote a few mails to info@prusa without getting any reply.
I've asked in the live chat last week and they forwarded my mail, but still any reply.
I'm kind of frustrated. Maybe someone had the same issues and can tell me how to solve this problem.

I'm sorry for the delay in response, I will talk to my colleagues from support to get in touch with you asap.
To get invoice without VAT in Europe you need to fill in your company name and correct EU VAT number.
