How to contact support
I posted earlier about a failure that clogged my nozzle and broke the thermistor wire but haven't received any response. I sent an email to [email protected] 6 hours ago but haven't received a response from that either.
Is there an actual support email address?

To my knowledge this is the correct e-mail address to contact PR.
The fastest way is to use online support chat - go Prusa Shop and log in. The support chat should appear in the lower right corner of the browser.
Have a look at my models on Printables.com 😉

EMail support has a really bad reputation for never answering.
Chat, on the other hand, is really good.
