How do I replace the itty bitty teflon tube at the extruder's entrance port?

It never really fit right, and it deformed.

Is there anything special about it, or do I just cut some regular teflon tube to length and replace it with that?

I also tried running with no teflon tube there at all, but I get an Immediate error message. Somehow it knows. If I put it back, the error message goes away.

Hi David, to the best of my knowledge it'd 4x2 teflon... but I have no idea how long it should be!
