A new product to use applying ISO
I have found the standard paper kitchen towel (or as it is known in my family "napkins on a roll") to be rather "dusty" in that it leaves fragments of itself on the powder coated spring steel sheet when i give the 99.0% Isopropyl Alcohol rub down every few prints. I expect this is due to the cheap paper towel I buy in bulk. and perhaps just using a branded higher quality product such a Bounty would be a simpler fix but I recalled this product that my girl friend uses to remove makeup and I have found it to be perfect. it sheds no 'lint' even with vigorously rubbed on the plate. I bough 360 towels packed 60 to each dispenser box for $17 at Amazon.

I use whatever coffee filters are on sale.

Great fine. I bought a box a few weeks ago but have yet to try them.
The blue shop towels from hardware stores work too.

Blue shop towels also work well and are relatively low-lint. Keep forgetting to try the coffee filters, but that's probably the simplest! Not to mention they're probably already in the office supply cabinet.

Micro-fiber cloths here. They work well without leaving anything behind. and also have the added benefit of grabbing any foreign materials that may be already on the bed.

I use microfiber cloths as well, I bought a giant pack of them when the local Sam's club was closing and they had them for a couple dollars. Before then I was using some cotton swab patches that you use to remove makeup with and that worked fairly well outside of a little lint left behind sometimes.
