Y axis length

Just received assembled MK3s, ran self check & got message to clear nozzle.  Heated nozzle & removed filament (in when printer arrived).  Re-run selftest and now get message: Selftest error: Please check axis length, axis y

I didn't assemble and didn't receive instructions on how to set printer up so I really don't want to begin "adjusting" or modifying what was previously done without clear, specific instructions.

Thanks in advance, Michael

Hello and welcome in Prusaforum!

congratulations to your Prusaprinter. This is bad luck that your printer causes problems right from the start.

The Y-axis may have a problem with the linear bearings, the belt or something is blocking the axis.

The easiest way is to contact Prusa over chat. Login with your account, select the eshop. After a few seconds a chat window appears. This is the fasted way to get help from Prusa.

good luck!
