Y axis length issue

Hello,

The first time I ran the self-check after finishing building the printer, the self-check passed. I then noticed that I was having Y alignment issues on prints (outline, fills, and layers were offset along Y).

Subsequent self-checks now yield errors on the Y-axis test. I'm not able to identify any obstructions and the tray seems to me to be moving all the way to the back and front. I've read some descriptions of similar issues but I'm not sure they're directly relevant to my case.

I was pretty careful during the initial construction to keep the bearing holders no tighter than they needed to be, but I think that's the next thing I'd try adjusting at this point. Before I start taking things apart again I hoped somebody could take a look at the video, though, in case there's something that I'm not seeing:

Thanks!

Re: Y axis length issue

Your Y Axis pulley is spinning on its shaft.

As soon as it hits the back it should start coming forward, I can hear it trying to keep running when it hits Y minimum (to the rear)...

Shut it down, check your Y motor pulley is fixed to the flat on the motor shaft and you’re gonna be 100%.

Thanks! Yes, as you'd suggested, the flat side of the motor's shaft wasn't lined up to the grub screw. Passing the checks now.
