XYZ calibration issue mk3 to mk3s upgrade kit

Hi everybody, I have a calibration issue with my newly upgraded MK3 to MK3s.
During the XYZ calibration I have the folowing error message : XYZ calibration failed. Bed calibration point was not found.
I reasembled the E axis and check that the hotend is in place and all seems good.
When I use Auto-home, the PINDA probe is not perfectly center in the circle of the heatbed but it stay in it.

I also tried to print the first layer calibration even if I have the error message but the result isn't satisfying (PLA don't stick to the plate well in corners)

What can I do to solve this issue.

Do a factory reset with data clear; run the wizard, also verify the extruder is properly contacting the x-axis motor support when homing.

Thanks for the answer.

I tried it, but the issue is I have the error message: "Sleftest error ! Please check : Filament sensor Wiring error" during the wizard so I can't complete it, it's an issue with the sensor itself and I'mwaiting for a new one. But even with the rest I still have the same issue during the XYZ calibration.

And I check multiple times the extruder alignment on the bearer and they are well started on them.

Have a good day.
