XYZ Calibration

Hey guys, I'm wondering if you could help me out here... So I switched over to new Zaribo motors on my prusa clone, adjusted the steps to run m92 x80. y80. I've checked to see the distance it travels and yes this seems to be perfect. however, when i get to the xyz calibration to probe the 4 points, after finding point 1, it moves to point 2, slightly hesitates and runs into the x holder on the right. i have adjusted my steps to fudge it, no change. I've loosened the back of the extruder, no dice. I've remounted the bearings on the bed. no dice. any thoughts?

RE: XYZ Calibration

If your clone has a forum, you might get better advice there.

Prusa does it's calibration using magnets. Yours would have to be in the same location and intensity as the Prusa.

Are you using Prusa firmware or Clone firmware? There may well be differences in this area.

Given the choice - use the firmware specific to your machine.
