Wrinkling in first layer only in certain area

Hi guys

Not sure why this just started happening - perhaps you can give some insight.

I have 3 Prusa Printers - the same model (GCODE) prints fine without issue on 2 of them.

On the one in question I started getting wrinkling in one particular area. The z-axis is calibrated perfectly. Is this an adhesion issue with the textured sheet. Please see attached pic.

As stated - same model prints perfectly on other 2 prusa printers - should I recalibrate - or is this an indication of the heatbed failing or PEI texture failing and needing revitalizing etc?

Thanks

Topic starter answered:
Perhaps i need 7x7 bed leveling?

I think I might have answered my own question - but still interested in what others have to say

Here is what I found:

I will update once tests are complete.

Comparing printers - not a thing

Couple of red flags - textured sheet = hard to get good adhesions.  2) comparing printers and expecting them to be the same ...  If your first layer is not sticking, you should super-clean your sheets with hot soapy water, and then really go after that perfect live-Z.

Wrinkling firs layer

There are two things that can cause this:

  1. The first layer is too low: try the 7x7 mech leveling and redo your calibration.
  2. Dirty bed - clean it with IPA and/or soap and water.
