Weird X/Y displacements within layers + outside layers don't stick

I can't seem to make my MK3S work ...
I calibrated it well but I still get those X / Y displacement within layers
On the first pic, two single wall test cubes to adjust the extrusion multiplier. Went from 0.85 mm thick wall to 0.45 as it is supposed to be. Someone told me this is abnormal.
Also, outside layers don't stick to each other

Belts tension :
X 271
Y 288

When I built it, I noticed that the left Z axis trapezoidal nut was really hard to screw compared to the right one. Maybe this is part of the problem.

pls halp

Both T-nuts should spin with equal ease. If you jammed one when installing, you probably want to buy a new pair from Prusa.

I am not seeing any "displacement" in the photos.

Having the base extrusion multiplier off by 200% is abnormal. I suspect something else you "calibrated" is haunting you. I recommend a FACTORY RESET with DATA CLEAR and just do the calibrations contained in the wizard. Once you establish a baseline with the included SD card sample gcodes, then do the more complex calibrations like extruder multipliers and linear corrections.

I've already reset it and re-calibrated it, didn't change a thing.
What I call displacements are those layers that don't line up very well and who create those thin lines on the surface.

Also, I was counting on Prusa support to send me a new one for free (as they say in the manual comments), yet I don't get any answer from them.

And those "lines" are normal FDM artifacts. They can be caused by many things, including loose belts, gear, pulleys. They get progressively worse as model angles increase. Adjustments to the belts, ensuring bearings and rods are clean and lubricated, and the adjustments to the slice can also help improve them, but you can't get rid of them all.
