Uneven First Layer

Hey PRUSA community - I'm hoping you can help me figure out what's going on in the photo below. I've adjusted the Z axis a ton of times, but keep getting this major print quality issue. Any help is very very much appreciated! Thank you!

What filament are you using? I don't know for sure what the principal cause of your issue is, but inconsistent or poor-quality filament can also cause what I am seeing. It also looks like your Z may be too low. If you are having trouble getting the filament to stick down, make sure to clean your print surface well with isopropyl alcohol, and maybe use gluestick if it is still not working. Laying down a layer of blue masking tape also greatly improves the adhesion of the first layer. Just make sure that the edges of each tape strip line up well and don't overlap. Hope this helps!
