Ugly first layer

Hi guys,

I bought a used Anet A8 from a friend (I know, it's now really Prusa, but hey... come on) with many changes made. The most important ones are that the printer is now Based on RAMPS 1.4, I have a BLtouch installed and I am printing on a glass plate. Oh,  and I use Cura for slicing.

After many other problems I was able to solve on my own, I now have a really ugly first layer I can't do anything about. Before describing the look of it, see the images below. Nevertheless this first layer sticks good to the bed.

What I already tried:

- getting a new glass plate (maybe it was bent or something)

- lowering the initial layer printing speed down to 15mm/s

- changing the x-axis offset multiple times

- testing different hot end temperatures from 190 to 220°C (printing PLA)

- testing different bed temperatures from 50 to 60°C

- lowering the initial fan speed to 40% with regular fan speed at layer 8

The printer already did better than shown, but after reassembling some parts for other problems, this one popped up.

Please help me, I can't print for 3 days now...

"changing the x-axis offset multiple times"

Of cause I mean the z-axis offset. Space between bed and nozzle
