Trying to bed level; not sure which way to adjust

I'm using the Bed Level Correction to get things straightened out, but I'm having trouble figuring out which way to adjust.  I'm currently at -30 Left, -30 Back, but the squares are all rough-feeling.  Not sure if that's normal or what.  Also, the back right seems off; I'm assuming I need to go down -10 or -20 to solve that one.

Thoughts?  Full-sized pic of the entire print attached.

Wich bed levelling are you using, 7 or 9, use the 9.

Do a z calibration, look if both sides hit the top at the same time. Heat your bed up before you start.

Is your bed flat, look with something that is flat, to lay on the bed.

Do a first layer, and make a picture.
