What filament type are you having problems with and what temperatures have you set? Is the Idler spring tension set correctly? You could first try to push the filament manually through the heated hotend. Does something block then?
Pictures or video would always be very helpful.

- I am using pla at first I've been trying to printer temperature which is 215 and then I started to try harder at 2:40 to 250, I think Idler spring tension set okay because it takes the filament and load it all the way down past the gears it only start cranking with a click sound when it seems to hit the bottom off the hot end but it's not melting. I also beat up the extender 240 and then manually try to push it through but it will not go through I also check the nozzle if it was clogged using the pin that came with it and it went all the way through.
- I will take a video once I get around a printer what do you think it may be
