Repeated Y axis Crashing

Repeatedly during most prints (10+ times) the Y axis will "crash" it will re-home x&y and con't (sometimes asking if I want to or not). Not sure what to do

Check for bearing stiction. Bed should move fore and aft with little or no friction or binding. If you feel tight spots, check you haven't tightened the U-bolt clamps too much.

No - just turn power off - the move the bed forward and backwards; you are looking for any binding or snatching.  The bed should move smoothly with no rough spots.  Another method is to move the bed to the front, the lift the printer by the front a little and let gravity move the bed. It should move the entire distance without stopping.  You can do the same with the extruder and X-Axis, gravity should be able to pull the extruder slowly to either side.

search also for dirt,

clean rods,

oil rods.

Cleaning and oiling needs to done often so the machine keeps printing.

Also check wen you move the bed, if it hits something under the bed, or something is loose of parts of the bed.
