Hard to tell, the picture does not show the nozzle...
Home the z-axis->
If your nozzle ends up about 0.5-1.5 mm above the bed you got it right.
If nozzle crashes into the bed: PINDA too high ->lower it
If its higher than 1.5mm -> move PINDA up a bit.
As you see: Better start with PINDA too low...
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

thanks for the suggestion
now is there a way way to make the PINTA easier to adjust
a another forum suggessted slighting enlarging the hole with a file or small screw driver

What I wrote generally applies to the PINDA adjustment. Regardless of the way you fix the Sensor to your extruder...
