Problem with left X axis extruder gear
It happend that I have this problem but i don't know what's causing it.
edit. sorry, images was rotated by forum, I don't know how to edit it

Go back to the assembly instruction and make shure your pulley is turned the correct direction.
I think you have it upside down,
