problem with first printing

I have problems on many things.
at the last minute before the end of printing. the piece comes off and I had to finish immediately.
looking at other things, I don't think the quality is perfect. what should i improve? I have the Z axis set to +750.
Before printing I cleaned the top with alcohol and put some lacquer on it. Just the lacquer is enough.

Before this print, I tested the first layer.
The filament comes out after a while and I have to start printing twice.

What should I improve?
What should I do for all problems?

The bed is very sensitive to skin oil; fingerprints will cause parts to lift and break free.  Alcohol only smears the oils around.  Instead, you need to wash them up and rinse them away using a large volume of liquid.  Soap and water at a sink is the best way to ensure the sheet is clean.

Then only handle the sheet by the edges and don't touch the print surface - it's best to use tools to help remove parts.
