Printer had amnesia, need serious help

The title is the best way I can describe what is going on.  I can't find the solution and I am in need of real help.  My prints won't adhere to the bed anymore.  I have tried two different PLAs and a PETG.  I have gone as far up and down on the temperature scale as suggested for each material on both the hot end and the bed.  I have used blue tape and glue stick.  I have used two different heated beds supplied by Prusa and cleaned them both.  I cleaned the hot end off and cleared of any obstructions I could see.

When I watch the material extrude, it looks like it is coming out too thin and too slow and won't make contact with the bed until the hot end is about an inch away from when that particular bit of material came out.  I have lowered the Z axis to the point where there is maybe an index card between the prox and the bed.  I have flashed the latest firmware for the MK3S that I am using.  I have done a factory reset and gone through every stage of calibration.

NOTHING IS WORKING.  Every print is the exact same, no adhesion, weak extrusions.

Before all of this I was getting darn near flawless prints and never had to adjust anything major.  All I did from my good prints to my bad prints was move the printer.  When I moved it I carried it by the frame, not by any of the axis.

To make it more interesting if I use a supplied sample model from Prusa, with Prusa Slicer and Prusa filament, it is just as bad as if I use Cura, my own model and a different company filament.  I can't narrow down what is going on please please please help.  I took this to reddit and the first two replies I got were questions to things I had already explained.

What type of removable bed sheet do you have? What is your live Z currently at? Have you inspected the filament to see if you're grinding or slipping? do a cold pull on the nozzle to rule out some sort of obstruction?

The reason I ask about the bed sheet is that I've never needed to use any tape/glue etc. Best of luck

I have a textured plate and a smooth one.  They are the two options when you buy the MK3S kit.  I did the cold pull and some extra purging of material and nothing burnt or charred or in any other way "dirty" came out.

I ran another print before writing this comment and my printer is now printing support like its a frosted mini wheat.  (there is more empty space in the support than there is material.

Hmmm. That's gotta be frustrating. Your filament path is clear? How's your extruder idler tension? Any signs of grinding? Any clicking noises while it's trying to print?
