RE: Print problems

Agree - layer 1 is too high.

Agree - top layer looks bad.

Also - it looks like a combination of print through from insufficient top layers, and probably incorrect extruder multiplier (filament too large a diameter or extruder not calibrated).  Check that the extruder is extruding 100 mm of filament when you command it to extrude 100 mm.  If this is okay, then also measure the filament, and set this diameter in Plicer's filament diameter variable.   And if those don't solve the over extruded print issue - verify you haven't modified the default top infill widths (should be 0.40 or 0 [auto]).

Will try it but, how can i call for print 100mm ? With move with extruder ?

Then ... which size of filamenr should i measure ? The one which is going to the extruder or out of extruder.

And last 😂 Where is that top infill width in PrusaSlicer ?

RE: Print problems

Extrude widths are in Print Settings: Advanced

And Move Axis : E allows moving 100 mm.  This will require heating the nozzle to print temps.  Use a ruler, mark lines on the filament 95, 100, and 105 mm above the extruder for reference.  Then move E-axis +100 mm (if it already reads +15.3, then rotate the knob to read +115.3) -- but only turn the knob one direction: don't back up. If you over shoot, just do the test again.

RE: Print problems

you could use pronterface via usb to move the extruder 100 mm as an alternative

When i mark 100mm and print, it prints 100mm. The same is in print settings advanced, set 0[auto].

Is there any chance of bad model ? I downloaded it so i didn't make it by myself aand all others my prints for ortoprint was good like the marvin I printed from default models.

RE: Print problems

Part looks fine, so I suspect it's print settings and layer 1 calibration.

First layer is much much better but tow layer still looks like the printer print more with more filament.

RE: Print problems

Have you measured your filament diameter?

You might try adding one bottom layer and two top layers to the slice ...

Yep it moves from 1,68mm to 1,78mm.

It’s classic, no prusament with +-0,05mm.
