Overhangs printing very badly

I have been using my MK3S for just over a month now and I'm very happy with the printer. However, recently I noticed that overhangs (chamfer) do not print very well.

I tried to print the "Massive overhang test" ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40382 ) and got the results on the picture below.

As you can see there is some print defect on all of the overhangs but I expected the MK3S to be able to print up to 45° overhangs perfectly. There is also some grain on the edge of the overhang that is not very noticeable in the picture. Other aspects of the print look very good.

Following are settings and information about what I'm using

      Filament: Prusament PLA Royal Blue

      Slicer: Prusa Slicer

      Layer height: 0.10mm

      Nozzle: 0.4mm

All settings in the Slicer are default except for Extrusion Multiplier wich is set to 1.097561

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue and what steps could be taken to solve it?

RE: Overhangs printing very badly

I tried printing the same model but now with Prusament PLA Vanilla White and all settings in Prusaslicer on default for 0.10mm layer height.

The weird lines in the overhangs seem to be gone but the edges are still very rough.

The belt tension is within given values by Prusa and the printer is located on top of a concrete slab so it should not move around.

Any ideas?
