Only one Z motor working

Hello,

I finished assembling my printer yesterday, but only one Z motor works, I tried to swap the two Z connectors on the electronic, and still one works, looks like the electronics has a faulty connector to me.

I emailed Prusa Research yesterday, but I guess a forum post won't hurt.

Do both motors work but only one socket or is it the other way around?

It's quicker to log into your Prusa Eshop account, navigate to support then raise a chat session:  bottom right on most browsers, you may need to disable your ad-blocker temporarily.

it was one of the noobest mistakes, just right after is the plug connected...

I wired the motors wrong, and one of the Z was in the E spot.

So just a solid mistake from me.

That can happen. And it has before: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/one-z-motor-dead/
