No power after initial heat up..

After going through all calibrations fine, the printer went into heat up then shutdown. I have the new black power supply that is supposed to auto switch to 110/220. I tested the fuse with a multimeter and it is fine. LED on power supply is not lit. I also disconnected all wire from the power supply and still nothing. Thanks for the help...

For a new printer with power supply issues you are safest to go directly to Prusa support.

For support: Log into your Eshop account, navigate to support and live chat is at bottom right in most browsers. If not you may need to disable your ad-blocker temporarily.

Push the plug into the power unit REALLY hard

Sometimes it is just the plug is not seated into the socket

Wish it was just the plug...

I tried that, tested the cord and also used same to power a monitor and all  showed fine.

I contacted Prusa and they are sending a new power supply, but they are not sure of the cause or why fuse didn't fail first.
