New MK3S printed 20 hours, and stopped extruding

I bought the new mk3s kit, assembled, printed a few models for about 20 hours in total, and the extruder stopped extruding filament(Prusa default silver PLA).

-  I opened the extruder pulley box, the pulleys are spinning well when I manually move the E axis.

-  I tried to use the needle to clean the nozzle, the needle can bu pushed easily into the nozzle for 2/3 of its length, the other 1/3 of its length I can still push it in, but not very smoothly.

-   I can see the a cut end of my filament, when I preheat to 215' and manually move the e axis, it doesn't go down.

P1: The pulley installation, and you can see the cut end of the filament.

P2: I can easily insert the needle here.

P3: But insert to here is not smooth.

Also I followed the "clogged nozzle" part in the handbook, to heat to 250' for PLA, and wait for 3-5 minutes.  The filament still didn't go through.

The issue was because a piece of filament got stuck in the PTFE tube, I fixed it by following

https://help.prusa3d.com/en/guide/how-to-replace-ptfe-tube-on-the-mk3s-mk2-5s-mmu2s_21664

I didn't replace the tube, just pulled the piece out from the tube.

I had a similar problem with my Mk3S where the tube jams with PLA and won’t even unload.  I’ve changed the tube several times but the problem keeps recurring.

Very frustrating!  Any suggestions?

In my case, the direct cause of the issue is, I think, I did a bad unload.

I pulled the filament hardly from the extruder without preheating it enough, so you can see in the first picture the filament(clear color) cut right below the pulley.

I guess if I did unload more gently, it should be good?

I am still a beginner,  so not sure if this could help you.
