New Mk3 shifting layers
Hi all,
I'm hoping for some help with my new Mk3, all the layers on my prints are skewed/tilted along the Z axis.
I've run through the XYZ calibration, first layer calibtration, and bed leveling on several occasions but it does not seem to help. I've always adjusted the speed and tried a complete reset with no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked all belts and pully's, adjusted the PINDA several times, and i still can't get to this to work.
It is continually failing XYZ calibration now, it had passed before and nothing should have changed.
I'm at a loss, i've got a few nights into troubleshooting this and i'm getting no where, all the support on XYZ calibration issues has to do with the PINDA probe but i've adjusted mine from 1mm to 3mm and several steps inbetween with no change.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What are the belt tension values in the software?

After two nights of trying to adjust the PINDA, level the bed, and calibrate it there isn't much difference in the print quality.

That definitely looks like a loose pulley to me. Check that the set screws holding the pulleys to the stepper motors are really tight. You should not be able to tighten them at all.

I tightened all the screws and tried a repeat print with the same outcome, my belt tension X and Y now reads 281, 279
I'm not able to tighten any more using the screws, should i redo the belt? Is it likely that its slack enough to be doing this?

To repeat what Peter said, did you also check the grub srews (the tiny ones which are used to fix the pulley to the stepper motor shaft). There's two on each pulley and one of them is supposed to be set on the flattened side of the motor shaft (thighten the other one as well).
Your pic looks like there's some mechanical constraint that can move a bit (typically a pulley). If it's not that look for something else that is supposed to be rigid but can be moved with a bit of force.

After checking all the screws i decided to go ahead and tighten up the belt anyway even though it was reading within range since it seemed to be pretty unanimous that something was lose! Turns out there is a crack in my X-end tensioner. I contacted Prusa and they are shipping out a new one (i tried to print one out but it had some shift).
Thanks for the help, i'll post an update once the replacement arrives.
