New build - IR sensor not detecting filament

After initial build, my IR sensor was not detecting filament.  Following the inspection instructions, this is what I see...

I'll keep digging but any ideas would be very much appreciated.

Fixed.  I thought that insert that was added to the einsey board prevented the inaccurate insertion of the connector but it doesn't  I had it plugged into the top row of pins instead of the bottom row.

 

Was that orange insert supposed to prevent that mistake?

Argh, darn it.  Codec problems.  Trying to fix it.
