Mysterious noise from extruder

Hey guys, I just assembled my Prusa MK3S. It's printing fine, but its making an annoying sound while doing so.

Not every second but it happens quite often during one print. Anyone has an idea what it could be? See movie for details.

It's not the fan I think...

Hi,

Have you opened the door to the extruder gears and listened and watched it run? I can't really tell, but it sounds like something is rubbing somewhere.

I think it's  somehow connected to the bearings. Because it does make the sound when the printer head change the direction.

I think somehow the printer makes a lot of noise from "rubbing" against the metal frame or bearings and the bed is also vibrating to.
