Multiple start up issues, sticking and failed printing settings

Just got my printer, The filament is sticking to the nozzle and not the bed. Tried to adjust the Z axis but it doesn't solve the issue. Tried the troubleshooting suggestions of washing the bed etc, nothing is working.

Can we print directly from the computer (Mac) Prusaslicer or does it have to be done through the SD card?

Some more information would help.

Material, settings and pictures or the problem are very helpful.

regarding your problems with bed adhesion i would read through these tips:

You can either send your gcode files to a printer host such as Octoprint and let printing start automatically, or you can copy the gcode to an sd card and print directly from it.

Hi, sounds like you had similiar problem like mine:
https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/first-layer-problem-with-loose-strings/

I'd suggest to wash your bed with soap and hot water, and never touch the bed surface with your finger. Then do as Karl-Herbert suggested (live adjust).

Good luck!
