MK3S+ problem
Hi,
I finished the build and ran through the preflight check. I never had to change a settings during this until it got to printing the zig zag and fine tuning the Z. At this point I noticed that although pushing on the knob worked fine to choose selections, turning the knob had no effect. Everything else seemed to check out on the preflight, I just cant change any selections, dial in the Z and therefore print yet.

Um, your words are confusing
So you CAN select with the knob but you CAN'T select with the knob? Which is it. Either way, go to the e-shop, log in with the account you ordered your printer with, and wait 5 seconds. When the chat bot shows up on your screen use it - if your knob doesn't work (or does it - get your story straight) - you need to chat with support.
