MK3S Kit > Selftest after assembly > Error X (and Y) axes wheel not tight

Hallo

I finishes assembly of my MK3S and start self tests. Fanks ok, X axes "Riemenscheibe lose" means motor wheel not tighented

but it is . Belt tension seems ok too.

At first selft test I came to Y axes and got same error. I checked all screws and tensions. Now I am stuck at X axes first test.

I am a bit lost . Anything seems tight but whne reaching left or right end it is a hard stop with a NAG noise.

I am happy for any ideas as I am out of ideas

thank you for support Benno (bavaria)

If you hear a humming noise when the X or Y axis reaches its end positions, you probably need to tighten the belts a little. The buzzing sound arises as the belt skips the cogs on the drive wheels. If you print something with loose belts, you will have big problems with layer shifts.
The only time you should hear a humming noise is when the Z axis calibrates its topp position.
