Lubricant prusa i3 mk3

Hello,

First question: I would like to know if this lubricating grease https://pricelub.com/grease/266-quakertek-epx-2-18kg would be perfect for lubricating THE ORIGINAL PRUSA I3 MK3S?

Second question: How much is the selling price of prusa i3 mk2s 3d printer? Its qualities and flaws?

Thank you for your constructive responses

RE: Lubricant prusa i3 mk3

I don't read French ... so can't comment on that specific grease.  Misumi mentions a lithium based NLG2 grease for their bearings. There have been many discussions and opinions as to what that means. I use a synthetic grease. Others use common parts store lithium. Some use other grease. Some use oil.  I've even talked with Misumi engineers about grease recommendations. They said pretty much any grease or even oil is better than no grease. Past that, it depends on the application: how fast are the rollers travelling because that sets the requirement for grease viscosity, etc.

Price? Check on the Prusa web site. Pro and Cons? Way too many other threads on this forum to even think about starting another one.
