Left side z axis skipping teeth on top 90%

Noticed the issue after the wizard completed some initial checks, and went on to fail the XYZ calibration ('check axes' error).

After noticing the right side was higher than the left side, I started diagnosing. I tried a lot of the solutions from any other 'check axes' posts,

  • resetting the top and bottom connectors for both sides ensuring Z rods&screw rods were level
  • loosening the black caps (and lots of other parts) by 1/8th-1/4th of a turn (to remedy overtightening)
  • lightly lubed both sides
  • ensured x-axis was pushed all the way through 3d parts on both sides
  • verified pinda sensor is working as intended

I am very psyched to get this going but figured it's time to reach out to the people with the knowledge.

Thank you for your time. See below for a video.

@tinkerer

You may think this is a stupid question, but have you checked the X-axis cable?
Upload more pictures, from all sides.

Just drag them into the text field
