Layer Shifting problem on recently built MK3S

I built my MK3S a little over a week ago and had to wait a bit for some U-Bolt replacements to get it running this past weekend. Today I decided to try a benchy after having some stringing issues with some more finely detailed miniatures. The Benchy did great, but I noticed one issue: there's layer shifting (or something else? I'm still new to this) on the hull. It's subtle, but it feels like the whole boat shifted forward a bit.

I saw that a common issue is belt tension, but the belt tension looks correct (X: 262, Y: 286). Any other thoughts on what I can do to fix that issue?

That might be a layer shift but it looks like it lines up with the deck of the boat to me. I've noticed that my MK3's exhibit what I assume is a little over extrusion in the perimeters in areas where there are also solid horizontal layers. Makes ridges in the outer perimeters.

Ignore the LCD belt tension numbers - they are not a good indication of proper belt tension.

The Benchy looks pretty good; I'd be happy with it for now.  And after you get some experience with the printer then start working on fine tuning.  You'll probably find there are some things you'll want to improve over what Prusa has told you to do (like grease the bearings before they start seizing up); adjust the belts using a scale and deflection so you know what tension you are using (should be between 2 lbf and 6 lbf, with a preference for the 6 lbf end), which calibrations make sense (PID, k-factor and tmc linearity correction are big ones).

Here's one of my later benchies as a comp:  Artifacts are pretty normal unless you take a lot of time tuning the slice.  Notice the slight deformation at the deck level;  there is a long thread about dealing with this issue.
