Just finished resetting EVERYTHING back to prusa defaullts - and now this?!?!?

Ok, I now have a new hotend and have done a firmware reset.  Also, I have set all the slicer settngs back to prusa's PETG default settings again, and now I'm getting this "hole"

Any ideas???

Try again.  I have never seen that before.  It might be a one off.

I think it's due to a bad fan duct (bad cooling). Why not try a fan duct of a different design?
