Initial startup & powerup failure
I just completed assembly of my i3 MK3. Following the first use/new users video On YouTube. When I switch power on, the fan comes on and the lcd screen comes on, flickers then both the screen and fan shut off. I have checked and rechecked my wiring and it matches the wiring diagram. If I don’t switch the power off it will repeat the cycle of fan, screen ,flicker, then screen goes black and fan shuts off. Thank you for your assistance. I was not able to find a similar post on this problem, but did see one about the possibility of loose lcd cables. They are snugly attached.

I solved my issue, the lcd cables on the display were backwards. See page 3 in lcd assembly
