Inconsistent extruding
I have had this issue for a month. It looks like each inconsistent extrusion is equally spaced. I have replaced PINDA and the hotend. I calibrated it correctly. I have also rebuilt the extruder several times including the pulley. This printer has been working amazingly for a year and one day it just did this. I appreciate your suggestions on what's possibly wrong with it.

This doesn't look like a PINDA issue, nor normal hotend problems. Instead, it looks a filament drive issue.
If you replaced the hot end, you probably also replaced the nozzle. And can we assume you purchased the new hot end from Prusa?
First place to look would be the Bondtech extruder gears; make sure the teeth are clean and the gear is properly attached with the set screw securely on the motor shaft flat. Also make sure the idler gear is spinning freely and the axle shaft is still centered in the door tabs. Wouldn't hurt to replace the grease on the idler bearings after a year, either. Then, check whatever spool holder you are using is freely rotating without any resistance as it spins.

This is what the nozzle looked like when I took it out. I put a new one in and it looked the same after some test prints. Is this normal?

The plastic all over the threads suggests it is not seated properly and this can cause jams when the plastic creeps in places it shouldn't. Best review the E3d hotend assembly guide...

Ditto on Vintage's comments. And I never suggested removing the nozzle because your prints don't look like a clogged nozzle.
Did you follow E3D's nozzle and V6 assembly instructions, or Prusa's nozzle replacement instructions? If you didn't you are probably not tightening the nozzle to the heat break, and this leaves the heat break loose and leaky.
ps: If there isn't debris in the Bondtech gear teeth (or filament drive gear if not Bondtech brand) - then the teeth may just be getting old and skipping.

Maybe a belt with too much play? A drive gear not tight? I say this because of the repeating pattern.
