I broke my X-carriage

I broke my X-carriage. I broke off a little tab which is part of the cable pathway for the fan and superPINDA wires. Can I continue or should I get a new X-carriage? This is an Original Prusa i3 MK3S+ kit assembly.  Thank you for the help.

RE: I broke my X-carriage

I guess I should say that I was on Step 44, Extruder preparation and mounting when I snapped off the piece in the second picture. The part it broke off of was the X-carriage pictured in Step 15, X-carriage parts preparation. It looks like its function is to direct the fan and superPINDA wires over the X-axis smooth rods. Could I super glue it in place? Would the super glue be able to handle the heat in that area?

I know I'm being impatient but I was making good progress and would like to continue.

Thanks,

Joe

@avgjoe

in my opinion, if this is not a stress part but is purely a wire channel, then you could glue it or simply forget about it.  If you have a good solvent based glue, it should only take a few minutes before the part is set and ready for further assembly.
