[HELP] tips/feedback needed for a failing print

Hi guys, I've just recently received Prusa MK3S+ kit and boy am I happy with it.

As a test drive I printed couple of things I've found on prusaprinters, As I calibrated the printer for the first time, during the first layer I had to adjust Z to -1100. It printed 2 prints fine.

But then I wanted to print this file from thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:105047

I used prusa slicer to create gcode. left all defaults(0.15 quality) only after two unsuccessful prints I added a brim.

Base with brim is 6.5cm long and 3.5cm wide.

I use prusa provided silver PLA  on a default heat plate with default 0.4 nozzle. I tried cleaning it with isopropyl, then rubbing with a glue stick that was provided in a kit. I had to readjust Z as in the pics you see I made Z -1400 and it still feels like I should lower it more(check how rim lines aren't connected). Or should I do the opposite and raise Z?

I was hoping to print, see what fails and adjust, however I am not sure which way should I be heading so if you instantly see something that could help me to jumpstart this learning process I'd appreciate it very much.

set the printer to use 7x7 mesh bed levelling (LCD)
Use     'Life Adjust 'Z' My Way'  to set live Z (First layer calibration)

https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/

make sure your build plate is absolutely clean...
I use hot water, a touch of detergent and a new dish sponge. to really clean the build plate... and rinse with hot water, then dry immediately with Paper towels.

then use the heatbed at 70C for PLA...

this is incredible, I started with your PLA test, in the first half of test pattern it was clear that i had to drop Z to -1550.

then tried printing with new settings and it worked even when I accidentally started a gcode file that did not have a rim.

thank you so much!
