First Start Error

Hello there,

I proudly finished the assembly of my new MK3S kit. I think, that all is right, i have double checked all the steps and no parts were over in the end.

So I desided to start the selftest and got in trouble: the printer start's, and the lcd show's the language-menu. Here i can select english or in my case german and press the button. The language does not matter, the result is the same: the printer  makes a click-noise and restarts with the language-menu. And so on. I also tried this with and without plugged sd-card. If the sd-card is plugged in, i can read for a very short time  "Sorting files…", then the printer reboots. 

What can I do now? How to debug? I suspect it has something to do with the power supply. The power supply makes light noises.
