First print vase from sd card inside not good

Assembled the printer and it went well. I printed the vase that was on the sd card for a test. The outside is perfect, exactly why i bought the prusa. The inside has some weird inconsistenties in it. You can see it on the picture. I didn't use the slicer at all, it's the demo print available on the provided sd card. Since the outside is so perfect it looks like a slicer problem. Anyone know what to do?

Yes I got the same thing when I printed the vase the other day.  Same pattern even.  I printed with the PLA that came with the printer, using the gcode from the PP site, and did not re-slice it.  This is using an MK3S+ with the 3.9.2 firmware.  I would also like to figure out what I did wrong.

Do:  load the GCODE into the GCODE viewer and see if you can see the defect there - you likely will.

I have models that I've made that "devolved" defects during multiple edits/changes - and when i see a gcode that has the exact same defect in each print, I go back to the model and zoom in in the slicer.  In nearly 100% of the cases, it was a defect that was sliced into the print - and when I investigate those, it's always on files where I have done multiple rounds of edit (add/subtract).

Seeing that both prints on two printers from the same file have the same feature says there is a strong possibility that that defect is already built into the GCODE
