First layer calibration issues. Under extrusion?

Hi there! Just got my first Prusa Mk3 second hand yesterday and I am trying to set it up.

I own a few other 3D printers but this is my first Prusa , as I am doing my first layer test I am finding that my lines are looking like I had a partial clog. I have tried a cold pull and it came out clean. Looking for any suggestions.

Is the nozzle fitted correctly ?  If the nozzle doesn't seal to the heatbreak inside the heatblock you get a small reservoir of melted plastic.  This can lead to uneven pressure and so uneven extrusion.  It will also leak plastic eventually as it works its way up and down the threads.  Check for plastic residue on top of the heatblock.

Also worth checking the idler tension.

Also for bed levelling alot of us use the method here https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/ as its easier to do and gives much superior results.

How do you fix the nozzle not fitting properly because I think I have this problem as well.
