RE: Filament sensor Issues

Is this mk3 or mk3s?
they use different filament selectors

if it's mk3, maybe  this idea will help? https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3307739/files turn the sensor off, while you print the new parts...

if it's mk3s try re adjusting the filament sensor parts..

some folk have reported the filament sensor flag as being too long, or too short and modified it to suit. I have the mmu2s mk3s version, which has a totally different setup for filament sensing, which has not given problems, yet!

RE: Filament sensor Issues

sensor adjustment is off. try  loosening the sensor pcb and moving it a bit . the flag that moves in the gap in the sensor is very sensitive . the actual sensing window inside the sensor is around 0.1MM square
