Filament misses PTFE-tube

Very often when I printing multicolor or only feed to nozzle the filament stops at the PTFE-tube top because it misses the hole. If I turn on the filament 180 degree then it will bend other way, it finds the hole.

I have adjusted the door both way, hard and loose. This problem occurs both way.

I couldn't upload any video embed into this forum.

I also sometimes have problems with clicking filament when printing circa 1 cm above the bed.

Talking with myself..

Maybe this problem occurs by the long PTFE-tube from mmu unit I have moved to the right side of the printer? The original placement is above mid.

This maybe making the PTFE-tube forcing filament to bend too much?

You might have better luck in the MMU subforum instead of the Mk3 forum..  I thought your filament tube looked strange for some reason...  Did not know if you realized you posted in the Mk3 forum and not the MMU forum

Isn't the MMU forum mostly for MMU unit and about the multicolor printing? My problem are not related to MMU unit I think. But I can give the MMU forum a try at the end of this week.

Your right,  I was honestly not trying to be an ass, I just thought your issume might be  related to the MMU modifications and there might be a better answer in that subforum.

I have now asked some related question in the MMU2s subforum.

You maybe was thinking about the new PTFE tube for extruder that was included the package for MMU2s was making the problem?

I have forget if I changed the PTFE-tube when going from MK3 to MK3S MMU2S, I think it was a new PTFE tube in the package but don't remember if I changed it.
