Failing XY axis length checks

I need some help. I am failing the X & Y measurements during self test. I had a bad hairy failure the other night and found that my PINDA probe was loose. I got it to a good position and decided to run the calibration wizard. It is failing the X and Y axis length checks. It fails the x length check without even moving the motor. I can perform auto homing and then it will pass the x axis length check. It then proceeds to check y and will stall when the bed hits the front and error with a failed y axis length check. I can perform auto homing fine and everything else seems normal. I have also re-flashed the firmware. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Failing XY axis length checks

Try turning off the printer and moving the x and y carriages to about center of their travel positions. Then turn on printer and reattempt self test. We seem to be seeing several failed tests with the x not moving at all. That particular symptom is related to the carriage being already at motion limit when the self test begins.
