I have spent the better part of a week trying to get my printer to pass xyz calibration.

When I first built it xyz initially passed as part of the initial wizard setup. But my first layers calibrations were not good at all, even after live adjustment. So I did a factory reset and started calibration again. This time xyz failed (Please consult the manual.) I got this message after it had gone through all four of its points of calibration so I’m not really sure where the issue is.

I have spent a lot of time adjusting the pinda probe to different heights. Generally within 0.75 to 1mm from nozzle. I have also pulled fans and housing off to double check that the hotend was installed correctly and flush.

I have spent time ensuring the screws in my bed are correctly tightnened and also spent time doing the same with my ubolts underneath. There are also no zip ties impeding in movement.

I regret building this myself due to how badly I need to use it right now. At this point, I’d love to get in contact with someone in Victoria Australia that would be willing to take a payment to assist me.

Welcome any suggestions as to what I could do to pass xyz calibration and also what specific images could be useful also.

I have been through the manual and all instructions very closely and did spent quite some time building this carefully. I did try and ignore Xyz and do first layer cal and also a test print from sd, obviously not great.
