Creaking of the nozzle about the product

Hi, I have about 5 days in the printer. From the beginning problems with the perpendicularity of the frame, on different tables it showed that there are oblique axes. I tried the printer without dividing it into a small table and everything is perpendicular 🤣 I probably didn't notice it during the first prints, but the last few prints come to me that in some parts the nozzle throws a model 😥I have the first layer reduced by -1,535. Please watch the video. I will be grateful for any advice 😀

Your video shows no strangeness. What is interesting is to see what the bottom of the detail looks like, that is, the appearance of the first layer.
So make a square with the dimensions 75x75 mm that is 0.2 mm thick. It wants to clearly show if your printer is properly built and properly calibrated.

@rh_dreambox

I'm sending a photo of the square here. One corner is fine, but the rest didn't come together. Where do I start looking for a problem? Thanks for advice.

Setting in your printer, set calibration to 7x7.

Check your bed with a metal ruler, to check if it is flat, I saw on youtube several movies on how to get it flat, if it is needed.

Most important for 3d printing is:

1. Clean bed, wash bed a few times with dish soap and a lot of hot water.

2. First layer needs to be 100%.

Both settings are needed to get a good print, to get print good sticking to bed, and avoid a model sticking to the nozzle, or releasing from bed.

In your movie I think you need to go lower with your z layer. search on youtube you see examples how to do this.

Alcohol does not clean everything, yes you can do a few cleans with alcohol but then you need to do dish soap again, and use a lot of alcohol if you use this.

Your picture shows that you need to lower the Z level a little more. A perfect first layer gives a completely dense and smooth surface without gaps.
I also assume that you have not changed any other Advanced or Expert parameters. In that case, you should restore them.

So I tried to reduce it. It seems to me that there is a difference in the filament. Silver from Průše can withstand the Z axis higher. The cheap filament must be a little lower. I'll send photos tomorrow.
