They provide email and 7x24 live chat, which is excellent.

Correct. Their "realtime" support offering is via live chat in their store.
(I suspect this is far more suited as telephone complicates the matter of sending images of the problem, and it is far easier to keep a chat window open for an extended duration than stay on the phone while making changes or doing test prints.)

Not to mention the cost of long-distance calling to the Czech Republic.
