Erste Schicht nach Kalibrierung löst sich

Hallo allerseits,

Erste Schicht

Gruß Jan

RE: Erste Schicht nach Kalibrierung löst sich

Greetings Jan,
I would suggest that your buildplate needs a good clean.

I wash mine with  dish soap and hot water and rinse with hot water then DRY Both sides, immediately, with plain paper towels, and handle only by the edges of the build plates.  Finger prints are enough to reduce adhesion.

4 colour PLA lightning strikes on textured build plate, using MMU2 with mk3 printer

3 colour PLA prints on textured build plate using MMU1 with mk2 printer with 12 volt mk52 heatbed

my best mates for cleaning buildplates, works on both textured and smooth...
I also use 7x7 Mesh bed levelling (this tests 49 points on the build plate , rather than  the normal 9 points. (selectable via the LCD menus)
and the way I adjust live Z

regards Joan

Hi Joan,

thanks for your reply, I actually cleaned my bed exactly the way you described (well except a different cleaner).
I also activated the 7x7 calibration without sucess. But after your calibration the print works fine (the standard calibration gives poor results but the print looks good, so I don't care 😀 )

Thank you very much Jan
