Layers misaligned
Does anyone know what causes this please? And how I can fix it.
Happened twice on this print, first time at 24% second at 57%

I have seen this problem a few times when using an older Slic3r version on the MK2 printer, but not yet on the MK3.
On the MK2, it was due to some nonsensical, but programmed extruder moves around the edge of the object close to the left or right side of the print bed.
If you open the .gcode file in a text editor, you can search for "x-0." and "x251" or "x252" to check if this type of error is behind your problem.
