no communication via usb
Having real issues with connecting my prusa mk2.5s via USB with any software prusa slicer, pronterface etc. I've tried different USB ports ,resetting the printer, uninstalling drivers then reinstalling. Different cables. And nothing else is using this com port.
It shows up in device manager prusai3mk2 com4
Any ideas Guy's

Just a stab in the dark but path is longish, try copying to c:\ prusa3d_fw_MK25S_3_9_0_3421_RAMBo13a_en-es.hex with a much shorter name.
